My favorite all-time book. I know that it's merely a sexual thriller, but I somehow got more out of it. I was totally invested in the characters. Especially the main character. I liked the idea of peering into the dark side of yourself and surviving. It isn't anything like his other books. I tried reading the others but couldn't. This one was unique. Give it a try as long as you aren't squeamish about sex, and some sexual fetishes (domination, sadism).
