I liked this twist on the woman warrior theme: a respected lady of the "ton" has a secret vendetta going on. She locks horns with a former lover as they are forced to work together to save an innocent. Well written with lots of plot twists and romance.

Mystery, and romance. Cool when women are the hero too.
