Tasty use of substitutes to make these recipes more healthful.
I would call this a hardcover...with metal spirals inside..but it lists here at PBS as paper and inside the book it calls itself: trade paperback. I tried two recipes...one was potato fluato's (I guess they should be blah and they were) and a cornbread that I noted: 'Not Great.' The recipes look varied and good, however. I'm only parting with it now because I have so many Mexican cookbooks and I'm cleaning out bookshelves. Give it a try. (No photos inside book.)
