Engaging and informative read. Barry has both insight and motivation to make changes regarding his clutter problem. He provides a great summary of research on hoarding as well as a variety of approaches to manage it (psychiatry, psychotherapy, Clutterers Anonymous, professional coaches, help from friends, etc.)He brings a generous dose of humor to round out his observations. Sometimes memoirs regarding hoarding involve dysfunctional relationships; however, Barry's memoir includes healthy relationships - I particularly enjoyed his descriptions of his girlfriend and their world travels. He also touches on his work experiences in Los Angeles and NYC. Recommend!
