I moved this into my category of "consider reading this again someday" because there were so many good things in there. He suggests trying to breathe "Lord, have mercy" with each breath when trying to sleep to really get this attitude in your subconscious. Also, he gives so many stories illustrating what mercy really means. With so many new translations, the word mercy sometimes gets translated to a different word which shades the meaning, so I really learned a lot from this book.Â
