Excellent book, goes down to a cellular and molecular level to let you know exactly what is going on in your body with exercise. One study that it mentions in the book highly interested me, the study on possible hyperplasia in humans. Nothing can be proven definately do to obvious ethical reasons (like not being able to train and then disect a human), but the idea of gaining muscle cells in humans, long thought impossible, is a great theory if nothing else.
