A great book to listen to on a trip, however, if you are a fan of the book, be aware that certain parts of the plot are excluded in this version (as in the movie). 3 hours, 2 cassettes

Memoirs of a Geisha is a great book especially a great listen in audio cassette on a long drive.. I drive alot and audiobooks and cassettets help me catch up on my reading. I really enjoyed listening to this one.
I enjoyed this book more than the movie!

Wonderful book, and this audio version is really great. Doesn't feel "abridged." Can't wait to see the movie now!
If you've seen the movie and not read the book/don't have time to read the book - try the book on tape!
