When the Spanish-American War causes yet another postponement of Frank and Amy's wedding, she vows to marry him when he returns. A severe battle wound brings him home from the Phillipines before the rest of his regiment but Amy is simply glad that he is alive. He refuses to marry her.
Set during the Spanish American war. Two young people in love must deal with the seperation and change that war brings into their lives. Both must learn to trust in the Lord in difficult circumstances.
