This book was excellent for helping me understand everything about ADD and that it's not just diagnosed in children. My husband suspects he is ADD, though he is not diagnosed, and at first I was skeptical. But now after reading the book, I can see where he may be correct and how I can understand him and be supportive of him.

Some cover wear. Has a lot of highlighting throughout.

This is a wonderful book for an adult or teen with ADD/ADHD, especially if they have been recently diagnosed.
