This Lardo version of Sanders McNally books is great! Seemless transition from the original writer. A quick and compelling read.

Written by Vincent Lardo after the death of Lawrence Sanders, this book has the same characters as Sanders had, but his style of writing is different. I haven't decided if I like it or not. Maybe because I loved Sanders' way with words, his style and flair. However, Archy McNally still has his Discreet Inquiries and still finds himself involved with yet another tempting young thing as he tries to find the truth behind yet another murder in the affluent community of Palm Beach. If you like Arch, you'll want to read this book.
