All four stories in Match Made In Texas were so good and fun to read! Several times I actually laughed out loud at some of the crazy antics that took place. Highly recommended!

I loved "A Cowboy Unmatched" by Karen Witemeyer! It was so good and definitely had me rooting for Neill through all his trials! Despite that the romance was so short, Karen did a great job in having real love blossom to it's fullest! I also loved coming back to the Archers and hearing Neil's story! They were such a fun family with some rough edges! Going to miss them!

Regina Jennings wrote the very interesting story "An Unforseen Match"! I thought it was intriguing how the author tackled this one, but to say the least she did an amazing job! At first meeting Grace and Clayton's misunderstanding was hilarious. He was applying for the job of handyman whereas Grace thought her girlfriends had run the newspaper add looking for a prospective husband. I loved how Grace, who is going blind, and Clayton's romance developed as well as how unique their pasts would untie them together! Plus they both had a hard-headed streak that made me giggle at times! "An Unforeseen Match" is definitely the perfect title for this one!

I really enjoyed the mystery part of "No Match for Love" by Carol Cox! It reminded me of old episodes of Scooby Doo with a "phantom" and "spooky" noises designed to scare the old lady into selling her ranch! Lucy maybe a city girl but she was willing to learn to cook and even to stand up to face her fears. I also really enjoyed Aunt Maratha's character! She was a hoot!

I also absolutely loved Mary Connealy's "Meeting Her Match"! It was so unique and interesting with an untypical hero! He was so easy to relate too, especially with his glasses and blushing! Plus I loved the overall plot of this one and the new insight that the main character Hannah shares about Leah from the Bible! This last story ties up all the loose ends in Dry Gulch.

Just by the author names on the front cover, a savvy reader is going to know they are in for a spectacular treat with this sweet collection of love stories. And for the not-yet-familiar reader, they are sure to discover their new favorite historical romance authors.
Each novella in this four book collection takes place in the quaint little town of Dry Gulch, Texas. One would not think love would be prone to blossom in such a place, but one matchmaker is not about to let love slip these heroes and heroines by.

Each story is unique and special to the authors talents and voice. For fans of the Archers from previous full length fiction, readers get the chance to read Neills love story. His and Claras was definitely my favorite and I could have easily read an entire length book about these two.

One of the things Ive never been in love with about novellas is the story line feels rushed or put-on because of the story word count. But I loved this collection. Each story did justice to their characters and covered a good bit of ground for having so little to work with. And there is a fun little twist to the last story as we finally meet who has been setting all our characters up.

From beginning to end, a pleasurable collection of stories that will warm and soothe the most romantic of hearts.

This review is my honest opinion. Thanks to the publishers for my copy to review.
