Author: Dee Davis
A glitzy read that's equal parts Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and Page Six. Charmingly witty tale of a match that may not have been made in heaven but sweeps you along for the ride.

Dee Davis departs from romantic thrillers to write this "Chic Lit" novel. Vanessa is a matchmaker who bets her mentor Althea that she can land wealthy bachelor Mark Grayson and marry him off. Resembling Jane Austen's Emma, this book was hard to get through and offered little in the way of romance until the very end. If you are interested in learning about the way high society lives in NYC than you might enjoy this book more than I did.

A tale about modern day matchmakers among the rich and famous in New York. Entertaining and a good summer read.
