This is a somewhat-dated book about massage for the average person. As a professional massage therapist, I found many things at fault here, primarily regarding draping, nudity, and some of the massage "moves". Recommended only for a lay person, specifically one in a romantic relationship who is very comfortable with the naked body. It's also got lots of illustrations of nude men and women, so keep that in mind when requesting.

Very good information about giving and receiving massage, with the exception of the author's advice on nudity. More like the book "The Art of Sensual Massage" than a book about professional massage in this regard. Includes detailed instructions for building a massage table.
