Everyone loves a happy ending and this book will not disappoint. This is a dequel to THE FISHERMAN'S LADY by the same author. It is a 19th Century gothic romance, written by one of C.S. Lewis' favorite authors. It's a story about good battling evil, when the hero, Malcolm rescues his half sister Florimel from temptation of high society in the social life of London to bring her back to her native Scotland. Good of course, prevails, and Malcolm claims his own inheritance while finding his own true love. This is a clean and uplifting Christian themed novel that I would encourage everyone to read and enjoy. It can be a bit slow at times in the narrative but very much worth the effort.
