I found the first part of this book to be a fascinating story of how underground radio developed in response to the changing tastes of young audiences and especially how record companies were clueless. But the last 100 or so pages turned into a real slog for me as the narrative became increasingly more technical and boring. Recommended if you have an interest in music history.
