No Man's Land: The Warrior Women of Atlantis (Atlantis Trilogy)
No Man's Land The Warrior Women of Atlantis - Atlantis Trilogy Author:Neil Lee Thompsett You'll never think of Atlantis in the same way, ever again. Teenage author Neil Lee Thompsett has focused his special powers of observation and insight on this most enduring of human legends and created cultures, clothing, characters and entire civilizations that no-one has ever imagined before. According to Thompsett, Atlantis didn't sink ... more »- it is North and South America during the Ice Age. One part of Atlantis - the northern part, surrounded by melting ice - is ruled by Warrior Women, ten times stronger than men, who believe that males can only be slaves or playthings. In another part of Atlantis, in what is now South America, military men have created a vast empire with a high technology based on the energy given off by diamonds, and so must constantly search for new sources of the precious stones to keep their world going. They have conquered the world in this search and it is they who have built the pyramids all ver the world - a pyramid is a half-diamond shape and they were built to show the lfyng machines where to pick up the raw diamonds from each area. This, incidentally, in Thompsett's version, is waht gave birth to the legend of the fall of Atlantis - the Atlanteans, (The men of the Sud), had the technology to get to Europe when there were still mammoth and sabre-tooth cats roamign about, but the Europeans, most of whom stil lived in caves, did not have the technology to follow them back. So when the diamonds ran out, the people of Atlantis left and the primitive Europeans assumed their civilization sank and was destroyed. But, the simple truth was that they just had no more use for Europe. They had other problems to contend with. Young Master Storyteller Neil Lee Thompsett creates these two totally different cultures and, true to his dark nature, immediately sets them on a collision course that can only result in the ultimate battle fo the sexes, at the dawn of time. Although a total story in itself, this huge 514 page trade paperback volume is just Book One of Thompsett's massive Atlantis Trilogy. Book Two and Three have already been written and will be released soon by Noggin Publishing.« less
