Stark and poignant writing.
A level of description and layering of words that is very enjoyable to read.
You get the feel for Beck's life and work situation.
His thought process is on full display and encourages colleagues to look and figure out on their own.
You won't find much dialogue or chit chat but lots of unspoken words that you will fill in.
In-depth story line, lots of layers to make your way through.
