A most enjoyable, fun book to read.
Bubbles like a fountian of wit.... A wildly inventive storyteller whose witty, offbeat novels come packed with pleasure.

My first Doc Ford novel. I thoroughly enjoyed the off-beat characters, the gentle pace, the humor. I'll be keeping an eye out for other Randy White books.

I very much enjoy the Doc Ford series. But I didn't think this entry measured up to the high bar set by the others in the series that I have had the pleasure to read.
Very tedious, hard to get through this book, the last 25 pages are pretty good...
Loved it! Especially the discovery that the three missing men weren't actually missing. What a twist! What the Denver Post wrote is true: "The best (new) writer since Carl Hiassen. I can't wait to read another White novel.
Similar to Carl Hiaasen but more realistic. Involves several far out characters who live in the Everglades who are trying to stop further development. Enjoyable, humorous read.
