The headmistress of an elite academy gets wrapped up in a spy game with the father of one of her students. A good read.

very lite, funny fast read. This book is actually two romances in one. One set of characters are shy and awkward the other two are just plain stubborn. Both of the heroes are brillant, rich and attractive. What more could a woman want. There is definely alot of adventure. Great traveling book.

It took a couple of chapters for me to get into this book, and I honestly found it a little 'jumpy' - going from one set of charachters to another. But not a bad book.

I read 100 pages of this book and stopped reading. This is the first book I could not make myself finish reading. I usually like these spy/undercover type stories but I could not get into the writing style of this book.

"His imaginative 9 year old son claims he's a spy, but for Hannah Frost, headmistress of the elite Emerson Academy, Michael Sawyer is just another wealthy single parent with a precious - and precocious- little darling. Oh, the man is certainly handsomne and sexy enough to leave her both shaken and stirred - hey, nobody does it better- but a secret agent? Come on!"

I have enjoyed many of Bevarly's books in the past, but this one was not in a style that I enjoy.

So cute! I love Elizabeth Bevarly's writing style - never a dull moment! I can hardly wait to see what happens next with the OPUS stories....

It was an okay book. I didn't care for the ending at all.

I liked her first couple of books, but this one is not my favorite read. Kind of silly and really unbelievable.

Retired OPUS agent (homeland security) comes back to Indianapolis and enrolls his child in a trendy school with a quarky school director. Delightful, sassy and sexy, the best in love and laughter.
Enjoyed the characters and their predicaments. Good read.
When a pupil claims his father is a spy, Headmistress Hannah Frost decides it is time to talk to Michael Sawyer about his son's storytelling. But it turns out that Micheal is working undercover to unravel a web of intrigue involving her school. He reluctantly enlists Hannah's help. As Hannah and Michael grow closer, Hannah is trust into a world far more exciting than she's ever known.
I had a hard time with the author's cutsie writing style. I know she was trying to be funny, but a little of it went a long way. The story itself was good enough to keep me reading, but I didn't like how the mystery was wrapped up. There is a secondary romance which was interesting, but didn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of the book. Overall, this book was kind of blah. My rating: 2.5 Stars.

JUST LIKE A MAN?
His imaginative nine-year-old son claims he's a spy, but for Hannah Frost, headmistress of the elite Emerson Academy, Michael Sawyer is just another wealthy single parent with a precious -- and precocious -- little darling. Oh, the man is certainly handsome and sexy enough to leave her both shaken and stirred -- hey, nobody does it better -- but a secret agent? Come on!
Yet truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. Turns out Michael is working undercover to unravel a web of intrigue and deception involving, of all things, her school! He reluctantly enlists her help, and as their liaison draws them closer together, Hannah is thrust into a world far more exciting -- and dangerous -- than any she's ever known. One where people aren't what they seem and where words, even ones of love, may not be true.
