Susan Estrich is one of the smartest and insightful people to ever walk the planet, if her book Real Rape is any judge of those qualities. She brings those same qualities to this "diet" book, and it's different than just a diet. More a personal account of her own weight loss than a diet book, it makes an interesting read about her life. It has all sorts of advice for those interested in more tips/techniques for diet and exercise, and is inspirational for that purpose.
