This book made a serious cook out of me! Caused me to upgrade my cooking utensils. An old fashioned angel food cake pan, a HUGE rubber spatula, and 2 HUGE stainless steel bowls were required for the fabulous Rum Mocha Chiffon Cake (think deep dark intense chocolate). This cake recipe is reason enough to own this book and keep a back up copy. My copy falls open to this recipe and all 4 pages are splattered with memories. You won't be writing any of these recipes down for anyone as they are lengthy tutorials! There are many other worthy recipes in this book but this is the one that WOWS!
