Starts slow but gets better. Fans of Laurell K. Hamilton's Meredith Gentry Series will like it. Come to think of it, there are many similarities between the 2 series.

Couldn't even finish this--reminded me too much of Laurell K. Hamilton's books (and why I stopped reading them). Ridiculously kick-ass heroine with unearthly beauty and boundless sexual appetite? Check. Gratuitous sex scenes with an S&M vibe? Check. Model-worthy men who glowed during said sex scenes? Check. There just didn't seem to be enough plot to hold the book together; it was mostly a series of sex scenes, broken up by the occasional bout of graphic violence. I'm not even sure what the story was supposed to be about, in the end.

I like reading series and this was something new from the other books of different writers. When the word romance is used sometimes there are just to many pages about sex, a few pages of the sex scene would be great.

Couldn't even get started on this book. The entire first 2 chapters were nothing but one long drawn out sex scene. Not my type of reading at all.

This book is really good, a branch off of the Monere series by Sunny, another coming out shortly. It reminds me alot of Laurell Hamilton's writing.

I liked Mona Lisa better - I was hoping for a better story line
