The "Dummies" books are great! And this cookbook spells it out step by step what to avoid, hidden pitfalls, with easy recipes to follow. That's my favorite, the really yummy recipes here. And it's funny, funny, funny to boot! The authors have even made it interesting to learn about the good and the bad fats out there and what foods have them. This is a really good book worth having.
