quick easy read by Shayne with very likable characters. Jack and Topez's story. Worth the read.

Second in Shayne's newest vampire series. Topaz says goodbye to her vampire gang and heads to Mexico to look for the mother she thought was dead. She is accompanied by Jack Heart who recently conned her, stole her money and broke her heart. Other members of the gang soon show up to help, especially when the CIA becomes involved and they are put in danger. If you like Maggie Shayne's vampires you will like this one.

The book was fantastic and I didn't want to put it down!!! Maggie Shayne keeps readers entraced and wanting for more. This is the second book of her's I've read and I'll be looking for more.

This book also has characters from the Twilight Series. Ms. Shayne sure can write good ones! Romance, mystery, suspense all rolled into one!

Maggie Shayne does not disappoint you.
This is a good book. It is a great sequel to her 1st book, Demon's Kiss. It is a fast read.
The Wings in the Night series is actually pretty good. I've read better books like these though. This one is a lot better than the first one.
