I love Rachel Gibson's light hearted, easy reading style of writing.
Her couples have great chemistry and the conversations are always witty.
This one ranks right up there at the top.
Joe Shanahan and Gabrielle Breedlove are as different as cops and robbers; and he is not the marrying kind of course. But the good guy gets his woman in the end.
This is the 2007 reissue from "Little Black Dress publishers" - # 0755337468.
The original issue is #038087157, from Avon. its cover image is of the girl on the couch.
It must be love is highly recommended. My favorite book by Rachel G is "See Jane Score".
Another good book by Rachel Gibson with a romance between an informant and a cop.
Funny characters and a fun read!
~Meh~. Pretty average chicklit. The setting in Boise made it interesting enough for me to finish, but there's not much else going for it.
This was a fun book by Gibson. Of course you have to suspense quite a bit of belief in our justice system in the beginning. But I kind of knew it would be a nice, wacky story when Joe has a stand off with a goose. The family and bird scenes are funny, especially Joe's family. Unsure why Gibson made the bad guy so unrepentant. It might have been better if he wasn't so crazy and was just materialistic. The characters are likable enough and I totally agree that painting hands and feet are the pits.
