Although I really felt bad for these 4 women losing their husbands on 911, I had a hard time relating to them in this book. I found the book to be very repetitive and I had a hard time relating to the way these women talk about their financial lives following their husband's deaths. Most people who lose loved ones, especially their husbands, don't usually have the luxury of having so much money that they can take off on lavish vacations and own more than one home. Most people would have a hard time even making ends meet after their husband's death. I also got a little tired of hearing about how "perfect" their husband's and their marriages were. I know when someone dies, everyone only talks about the good stuff, but no one is perfect. It would have made their husbands more real to their readers if we also heard about all the annoying little things they did as well. I feel like I'm being really mean to criticize a book that tells about someone's personal grief. I don't mean to belittle their feelings in any way. I just didn't relate to them in the way this book was written.
