Love Lust Pixie Dust
Author: Luann McLane
"Crazy" ain't just a song. It's been a state of mind for Brooklyn's own Mary Jane Barone since she wound up in Nashville. Her uncanny ability to make love connections must be on the fritz, because there's no way her heart should be doing flip-flops over a bass-playing cowboy like Brody Baker... — Bar owner Logan Parks isn't just skeptical of Mary...  more »

This is the story of 2 sisters and a brother who find "the one". The sisters are psychic and there is the "ghost" of a determined grandmother. All the stories follow the one before. A nice set of stories.

Even though I'm not much of a romance fan I really liked this book, not enough to keep it and re-read it but it is worth your time reading it. There are some very funny parts and some strange different parts but it's a really good read.

Ok, the stories (3) are cute.....but I never managed to get past the language. I'm a NYer --and even I had trouble understanding the Brooklyn-ese! Love McLane, but I should have just bypassed this one.

Don't waste your time on this one. The language usage is distracting (the "translation" of the Brooklyn accent in particular) and switching back and forth between the Brooklyn and Southern usages made my head hurt. In the second and third stories the characters fall into bed together entirely to fast, even for "soul mates" within hours of meeting each other is a bit much for me.

I have enjoyed everything I've read by this author. This wasn't one of my favorites, but it was still a good read. Each story was quick. There wasn't near enough development of the characters or the storylines, although each story is connected to the others.
