Many books have been written on ships that have been wrecked or lost at sea. Ships without any warning or last communication have simply vanished. Author A.A. Hoehling takes a close look at eight of the more well known Mysteries and with firsthand testimony, declassified documents and court records attempts to find an answer to the riddle of what may have happened.
There are interesting stories on the history and the people that were a part of each ship as well as the facts.
I like this book because of the history and the maritime information which adds material to other stories I have read about these lost ships, such as the Mary Celeste and the Cyclops.
If you like stories of shipwrecks, mysterious happenings at sea, and Bermuda Triangle type then this book may be of interest.
