A moving story about the resettlement of some of the "lost boys" of the war in Sudan.

This is a true story by one of the Lost Boys of Sudan. The author gives credit to God for keeping him and others alive. These "lost boys" are from the Civil War in Sudan. The Southern part of Sudan refused to become Muslim; the Muslim northern Sudan went to war against them that lasted about 2 decades. The events in this book took place in the '80s, and besides the author, there are some biographical information of others who were once "lost boys".
We had met some people from Sudan here in the states, and can't imagine their painful history. This book helps me to understand their pain, what it is like to live in a country in which there is a civil war and the Islamic faith is forced. I believe this year's election is very important for the United States.
