Good read! Unfortunatly I have been doing all the wrong things for years according to this book. I have started using the styles suggested and I have already seen a big improvment. Excellent book for new mothers and old mothers alike.
I am so glad that I got this book! It spells out, very thoroughly, what a post-partum momma should and shouldn't do to heal separated abdominal wall muscles. It also gives exercise advice for all-over muscle toning.
this book is only meant for people with a certain muscle separation during pregnancy. if you didn't have this problem and just want to lose weight after the baby, it's not really the book for you.
