I have to admit I was not impressed by the cover or the blurb on the back.

Terific book about murder(s), lonenly people, hidden secrets and friendship. Let's not forget Waldon Pond and Thoreau, famous people in the closet and much much more. Don't think of it as a gay book, but rather an excellently written murder mystery. (Not sure if it's "murders mystery" or "mysteries murder" or something else like that)

Well worth the read.
