I loved this book! Linwood Barclay is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. In the past 2 weeks, I've read all of his except one and I've got it, just haven't gotten to it yet. He is great. Very sarcastic and politically incorrect, which I love.

Well, I must say that my favorite book of this series is definitely _Bad Move_ (the first book in the series). However, this installment was a lot of fun. It was a nice change of scenery and I liked Arlen's character quite a bit - it was a lot of fun to hear about another infamous "incident" too! The plot of _Lone Wolf_ was more predictable than the other plots in the series, but the entertainment of the dialogue and characters more than makes up for it!

I love these books featuring reluctant hero Zack Walker. This is the 3rd in the series and just as good as the first two.

An essentially silly and slow-moving novel with very little suspense and nothing serious at stake. It certainly doesn't deserve to be called a thriller. Skip this one if you are used to dramatic, action-packed stories.

I couldn't put this down once I started it -- love the main character Zack. Story is told in the first person, and his sarcastic humor comes through in his dialog with other characters and in his thoughts. This humor, sprinkled through the book but not in so much excess that you get sick of it, is a nice contrast to the story which is suspenseful and tense.

My favorite of this series is still the first one, but this was alot of fun. It is a little more predictable, but there were a few surprises. I'm anxious to see if some of the new characters will be in the fourth book. Very enjoyable read.
