There is some great info on Hypothyroidism in here. From how to deal with doctors, what meds to take to a symptom check list. A great book to educate yourself on this disease.

This is a good book for lay people but not much information for this RN. I did however pick up a few tips and other books to read from this one. There is so much contraversy with this illness. I'm glad I read it and feel it will help others to understand it.The author I believe stresses the need for patients to see an Endocrinologist or this problem which is a good idea. So many of us on levothyroxine are still symptomatic and I am grateful that is regarded in the book.
