This was the only book I could find about having a blind dog, and I have to say I was a little disappointed. Only a small portion of the book was helpful to me. There was lots of information about the diseases that cause blindness and how to help your dog cope, but when I got my dog he had been blind for 6 years (he was born blind) so I didn't need any of that information, I wanted to know how to train him, but like I said it was a very small portion of the book, and what they did say seemed like common sense. Of course, very dog and person is different so I wouldn't tell you not to get this book because I might be very helpful for you.
