very cute story of a bears adventures and misadventures on moving day.
The illustrations are great in this story. This is a story children can relate to if they have ever moved or have a favorite stuffed animal. In this story, Jack and Nicola mistakenly leave Teddy behind when moving to a new home. Teddy has some advenutures in this story from swirling around in the washing machine to swinging on the clothesline. There is a happy ending when Teddy is reunited with Jack and Nicola.
An instant favorite for my 4-year-old son!
Little Teddy wakes up one morning to find that Jack and Nicole, his owners, have moved away and forgotten to pack him. But just as he's wondering what to do, the cleaning lady comes along and pops him into the washing machine.
This unwanted bath starts Little Teddy on an incredible series of adventuresas a dog's toy, as a football in a game of catch, and even as a threat to an angry squirrel. Will Little Teddy ever be able to find Jack and Nicole again?
Joanne Moss's broad, detailed perspectives give realism to this endearing and imaginative story of a teddy bear's search for his family.
Beautiful book.
