3.5 stars. This book was really touching and it was interesting to understand the process of memory regression and how it helped her with the healing process. The last 3/4 of the book was hard to get through (not very interesting to me), otherwise I would've rated it a 4.

What I learned from this book: Be patient with everyone, it might make a huge difference in ways you don't even know!
