I enjoyed this book a lot. As the description says it has F/F/M and one scene with that threesome plus another male dom. the main couple is into BDSM and she(Lisa) arranges for them to seduce her best friend(Jana) who only trusts Lisa and has a distrust of men in general. Jana had suffered abuse and the BDSM stuff scares her at the same time it excites her. The reader can learn about BDSM along with Jana as they explain things to her. There are some pretty hot bondage scenes with restraints, etc though compared to a lot of BDSM erotica this is probably considered pretty gentle and mild. overall the characters care for each other and aren't trying to hurt each other. warning though: it might be a bit of a tear jerker. this is an erotic romance that actually has a pretty decent storyline to it!

Absolutely LOVED it! I broke-down in tears on more than one occasion - it's very touching and emotional at times. Though I am not a big fan of BDSM, I still enjoyed it.

Love, pain, friendship, and heartache. These aren't things that I normally associate with an erotica novel. When I sat down to read this book I was expecting a light story filled with lots of sex. That was not the case at all with Lisa's Gift. This book was just so much more than sex. It had greatly developed characters that were experiencing real problems and hardships. Don't get me wrong, there was still plenty of hot sex but there was a great story to go with all of it. I honestly couldn't put this book down. I just kept turning the page wondering what was going to happen with Jana, Lisa, and Nicolas. I loved that we were able to watch Jana grow from a someone who is distrustful of others especially men, to someone who is able to open her heart and truly trust Nicolas. Can I just say that I loved Nicolas. He is both sexy and caring, always putting Jana and Lisa's needs above his own. I just loved him.

Contemporary chick-lit erotica [BDSM, f/f/m menage] - read like an X-rated Lifetime movie...

This was a good story, and I really liked the characters, especially Jana.

I did wish that Lisa and Nicolas would have been a little more upfront with Jana about what they wanted from her. It would have lead to a lot less feelings of guilt on Jana's part for thinking she was lusting after Lisa's "man".

There was quite the tearjerker at the end, which was unexpected. Definitely a HOT book!
