This is almost a "cheat sheet" book for getting your way in many life situations although the main focus is for the work environment. Because any confrontation can be addressed in a number of ways, this book gives various possible responses to the approach you take and how to handle those responses using flow charts. Even if things don't go exactly as scripted in the book, at least by reading about a situation, you go into the meeting logically and emotionally prepared. The book comes with a CD version of the printed book so if you need to consult it discreetly while at work, you can.

I found it helpful in a number of professional and personal situations. I only wish I'd had it years earlier.
