Interesting concept, definitely for a more artistic person than myself. Made it through half of the book, just couldn't grasp the 'write for for 6 minutes about the shape of an apple' and other daily activities. Perhaps I should embrace this activity but my life is too busy. And perhaps that's her point, but I'll share this book with someone who wants it.
