Good book, however, from what I read he does not deal with the somewhat heartless (Scroogian) argument that when we save lives we are increasing the numbers of people (now 7,414,000,000) and the lives we save will also be adding on in the future. We have to stop increasing the population, if we don't voluntarily (I'm not convinced that we can) there will be (already beginning) a crisis.
