Bobby's the class clown, simple as that. But his teachers and principal think there's a line between being funny at public school....and then being funny at a reform school FAR away. So you can see Bobby's dilemna here. However, there is hope -- Bobby's principal has given Bobby one last chance to stay in school. His task? To organize a school wide Laugh-Off and have students and teachers compete for laughs. Can Bobby pull it off on his own?
