As I sit and wonder why,
I can not help but to cry.
For all the things I've done or said,
or how I could've now been dead.
I am unable to re-do,
To try to make it all anew.
I can only carry on,
For all else seems to be gone.
The path ahead is dark and scary,
Burdened by the load I carry.
Will I ever find the way,
To make it through another day?
To over come what I have done,
They say that life has just begun.
But Pain and Guilt bring me down,
I can't afford to have 'em around.
So I guess I'll call upon my friend,
Sorry that is all,
This is the END.

Thanks Stacy, there was a lot of emotion that went into it. I was lying in bed, going through my crazy head, wishing that I was dead......okay I'll stop, but its the truth I was trying to decide what path to take. It was a few nights before I decided to take a journey through recovery.
