Quinn is the youngest (and only girl) in a large family. She is a reference librarian and loves her job. When James comes in one day, he enlists her help researching old historical pieces of jewelry. She believes him to be an insurance adjuster.....but as the book title tells you, he is really a spy.
I enjoyed reading about the behind the scenes goings on with what a librarian does. I really wanted to like this and from the description, this sounded like it was right up my alley. But I was so bored. I had such a hard time getting into this book. I didn't really connect with Quinn or James or really get their romance. If I wasn't reading this with a Bingo square in mind, I would have probably DNF'd this.
