I found this book to be a delightful glimpse of Elizabeth in her new life at Pemberley. I thought the author captured Lizzy's voice quite well. Some of the characters she, Lizzy, writes about are actually characters from other Austen books with different names, such as the Daleys for the Knightleys, so a simple character sketch is enough to flesh out the people she is referring to. A very quick, but satisfying read and I look forward to reading the next book.

This one was disappointing for me- I wanted alittle more romance- this book is Elizabeth=- Lizzie writing letters to her sister Jane. They are plain and boring. The author also brings in many new characters that are also alittle boring. Sorry- I didn't love this one.
I was a little disappointed in this book. Because it was entirely letters, it was hard to get a good grasp on the new characters the author introduced, and the origianl characters seemed to fall a little flat. Not a bad read, but not what I was expecting.
