This was a great "true-crime" read. It is also one of the saddest I have read. The wrong man is killed by the hitmen. As horrifying as that is, the police had their work cut out for them. The intended victim had so many enemies the police had a lot of choices. After reading the book, I have to admit, I think that one of the people convicted of this seems, based on what I read, to possibly be not guilty of the killing. I am not sure how other people will interpret the book, but I thought there was a chance that the intended victim's wife (Lee Ann) may not have been as responsible as the jury seemed to think. I don't know if this is because of the way the book is written or if the jury had evidence not shared with the reader of the book. It would be interesting to me to hear from other readers what they think.
