A great continuation of the series. It has interesting characters and an interesting plot.

2nd in series. I probably liked beguilment a hair more because them meeting was lovely. This one is also very good. It did seem strange that Dag did not warn his bride what to expect better as he is usually very up front with her, but this book is mostly about his struggle to get his people to accept a bride they find taboo and his growth from it.
