I love this book! I am in a Bible Study working on developing a framework for our Women's Ministry. This is part of the reading material for it. The main book is Women's Ministry In the Local Church, Duncan and Hunt. The best study and writings on what are the incredible biblical roles for women to perform and help perfect the witness and testimony and strengthen the Church. I'd say "traditional" views, but that sells them short. It's really BIBLICAL view and addresses the break down of family, biblical definitions of manhood and womanhood and the reasons for our cultural crisis that is mirrored in our Churches.
