Dr. Charlotte Charlie Stone is one of the countrys most celebrated psychiatrists when it comes to what makes serial killers tick. She was set on this path when, as a teenager, she narrowly escaped being murdered by the serial killer that savagely murdered her friends parents and then kidnapped her friend. Agent Tony Bartoli, the handsome FBI agent that has been sent to get her, is open to the fact that this may be a copycat but hes not completely convinced.
