Luann Rice fans will not be disappointed by this one. A haunting, heartbreaking story of loss, grief, family and love.

I couldn't put this one down and hated for it to end. I've loved everything I've ever read of Rice and this one was no exception.

Loved this book! The story was unique and really held my interest. The characters are so real, you feel as though you know them.

When a year has passed and Nell's boyfriend, Charlie's killer has not been found, she takes matters into her own hands and contacts Gavin Dawson, a private investigator to find the truth. Gavin has been away from the coastal town after breaking up with Charlie's mother, Sheridan almost a decade ago. The story is full of colorful characters, love lost and love found, as well as ghost. The story is enjoyable although a tear jerker at times.

You will drift from one chapter to the next effortlessly. It is a page turner for the mystery and the romance. It is "spellbinding".

An other Luann Rice hit! A story of love lost, love found and enduring love. Not a "fluff" read, but nontheless riviting and enjoyable. Can Luanne Rice write a bad book? I think not!

Very engaging characters and a story line that kept me reading. Set in a beach community that sounds like a great place to live.
