A well-done entry in my favorite vampire subgenre ("Dang it sucks to be a bloodsucker"). Takes the basic high school drama and adds an extra layer of angst in the form of a vampirism without the perks. No powers, no added charisma, just a thirst for blood. Very well done.

An interesting addition to the teen vampire genre where vampirism is a disease that causes the infected to crave blood and eventually leads to madness and death. It's a serious manga with a focus on dialogue and intense interaction, which fits my personal tastes. I only give it a two and a half star review however, because while the dialogue is the focal point of the story, it is sadly not that well done. It's awkward and at points it is difficult to tell who is speaking. I assume the translation is at least in part to blame.
